WASHINGTON, Jul 13, CMC – The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) says it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea National Police Agency (KNPA) to strengthen cooperation in public security and institutional capacities in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
