NEW YORK, Feb. 8, CMC – Caribbean immigration advocacy groups on Saturday welcomed New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s initiatives to protect Caribbean and other immigrants in the city. On Friday, the mayor announced and signed an executive order on sanctuary policies to strengthen protections for Caribbean and other immigrant New Yorkers – and the public safety of all New Yorkers.
