PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad, May 22, CMC – The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) says warrants have been issued for the arrest of 31-year-old Kaia Sealy, 31, the common-law wife of Joshua Samaroo who was shot and killed on January 20 when police fired upon a vehicle in which they were travelling in Valsayn, east of here.
