KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent, May 26, CMC – A High Court judge has ordered that a St. Vincent and the Grenadines national, who fled the country while awaiting trial on drug charges, will now have to serve more than 13 years in jail, even after spending 10 years in prison in France.
