CASTRIES, St. Lucia, Apr 27, CMC  – The St. Lucia government Monday said that it is taking meaningful steps to strengthen  how it oversees its statutory bodies, following a recent high-level visit by the Parastatal Monitoring Department (PMD) to Jamaica.
