KINGSTON, Jamaica, Sept 23, CMC – The Caribbean Business Review (CBR) says while Jamaica’s post-Hurricane Melissa economic trajectory has improved considerably relative to the forecasts produced immediately after last October 28 disaster, the central question to ponder is whether the underlying reconstruction economy is strengthening at a pace commensurate with the dramatic revision in the headline recovery timetable.
