GEORGETOWN, Guyana, May 19, CMC -President Irfaan Ali has welcomed the decision by the United Nations to become a member of the Global Biodiversity Alliance (GBA) saying that it sends a “clear and unmistakable message”, that the protection of biodiversity is now central to the international agenda.
