GEORGETOWN, Guyana, Mar 11, CMC – The Court of Appeal Wednesday dismissed an appeal filed by Bartica Massacre convicts Mark Royden Williams and Dennis Williams, after indicating that it had no jurisdiction to entertain the appeals since both men have since died.
