ROSEAU, Dominica, Apr 17, CMC – Ian Pinard, the 54-year-old chief executive officer of the Dominica Air and Seaport Authority (DASPAA) and a former government minister died Friday at his home, relatives have confirmed. The cause of death has not yet been released.
