Created in 2012 in France, the show, “Hurlant Corps” is composed of 2 hip-hop dancers, David Milome and Kévin Marie-Jeanne both from Martinique. The choreography showcases different styles of Hip-Hop dance, creating a very unique production examining the human struggle against the system. Critically acclaimed by audiences worldwide, “Hurlant Corps” is currently on tour within the Caribbean (Martinique, St Lucia, St Vincent, St Kitts, French Guyana…), Latin America (Venezuela), and France.
The show will be preceded by various local productions including the talented dancers from “Be Free Company” (Bboy Elite), latin dances, and a Hip-Hop dance performance from secondary school students (Pierre Charles & Convent High School). The show will also feature an exclusive performance by the young Dominican rapper & singer Kayyo.
David Milôme is a pioneer of French Hip-hop. He created one of the first dance crews in France entitled B Boys Breakers. The company evolved at national and European levels and was ranked among the top French Hip Hop dance groups. In 1995, David settled down in his native Martinique, and created the dance company MD Company.
A Dance teacher and choreographer-dancer, David has participated in numerous battles and international festivals (Germany, USA, Canada, France…) as a competitor and also as a Judge (Battle of the Year 2007). As a leader of Caribbean hip-hop, David also organizes the famous Hip-hop festival in Martinique entitled “Caraip’hop” gathering together international dancers from USA, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.
