JOHN’S, Antigua, Mar 30, CMC – The United States Court of Appeals has ruled in favour of Prime Minister Gaston Browne and other Antiguan and Barbudan individuals and entities following a request for financial disclosure brought by Russian citizen, Yulia Guryeva- Motlokhov, who had claimed ownership of the Alfa Nero super yacht sold by the government in 2024.
